Refund Policy
We have put a lot of effort in the chocolate bars, nut butters and truffles we manufacture and sell and hope that you experience it as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied with any product purchase you have made from our website, simply contact us within 2 days of shipment reception on support@ambriona.com or 9326076610 for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account. Please make sure to include:
Your name
Date of purchase
Order Number
The items you would like refunded
The reason for the return (optional, but we’ve love to use your feedback to improve our products)
Please note:
All chocolates, truffles and nut butter can only be refunded if it is returned back to us in new and unused condition
Refunds for subscription purchases will be on prorated based on the number of shipments remaining
Refunds are initiated within 3 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credit back to the customer's account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer's bank
The customer will be responsible for delivering the product to our office in Mumbai. We will cover the delivery back to you.
You won't be cancel the order once placed, therefore you can mail us to cancel the order and ask for refund.
Incorrect Contact Number / OTP Verification
Customers are responsible for providing a valid local contact number for the destination country at the time of placing the order. Many international courier companies require OTP verification at the time of delivery as a security measure. If a customer provides an incorrect phone number or an international phone number that prevents OTP verification or successful delivery, resulting in the shipment being undelivered or returned, the order will not be eligible for a refund. This requirement is mandated by the courier company and is outside our control.
